Pu'er Tea

When properly stored, Pu’er tea can be aged for a long time and becomes more aromatic with age. Pu’er raw tea features a distinct layered taste, interweaving bitterness and sweetness. Each mountain region imparts a unique flavor to the tea. Raw tea aged for several years will gradually develop a thick and smooth liquor, with a texture resembling “rice soup” and better overall harmony.
Pu’er ripe tea undergoes post-fermentation through wo dui aging, forming an earthy aged aroma. The liquor is deep red and rich, with a smooth palate, aiding digestion and suitable for consumption after meals.
